Not Another Merch Shop provides storefront, listing, and checkout infrastructure for independent creators. Creators sell and fulfill their own products directly.

Payments are non-custodial. Buyers send funds directly to the creator wallet shown at checkout. The platform does not hold funds, process refunds, or provide escrow.

Creators are responsible for accurate listings, fulfillment, shipping, taxes, customer support, and resolving buyer issues. Buyers are responsible for verifying the creator, destination wallet, chain, and transaction details before sending payment.

We may remove listings, creators, or accounts that abuse the platform, misrepresent products, infringe rights, or create legal or operational risk.
