Refunds & disputes.

Orders are fulfilled directly by creators. Refunds, exchanges, delivery timing, and dispute handling are set by the creator and should be confirmed before payment.

Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Check the product, creator, chain, wallet address, and amount before sending funds.

If there is a problem with an order, contact the creator through the contact links on their storefront or order page. The platform can surface order and transaction details, but it cannot reverse blockchain payments.
